SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

Warehouse shipments are processed Monday-Friday, with orders received by 12pm CT shipping same-day. Orders received after 12pm CT, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

UNITED STATES (CONTINENTAL U.S. + HAWAII)

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard Shipping utilizes select ground shipping services including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Our standard shipping service typically takes 3-7 business days to reach you once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Shipping and delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, such as weather-related delays.

COST
• FREE shipping on orders over $99.
• $5 Flat rate on orders under $99.

DELIVERY
Approximately 3-7 business days after the shipment has left our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL (+ US TERRITORIES)

COST
Varies by carrier, calculated at checkout. See duty and tax section below for information on imports.

DELIVERY
Approximately 3-12 business days, but that timing can vary and is usually dependent on customs processing. For the smoothest delivery, we recommend signing up for text or email updates directly on the carrier tracking page (FedEx, DHL, etc)

DUTY AND TAX
If you're shipping outside the U.S., you’re the importer of record—meaning you're responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs agency. These costs aren't included at checkout and aren’t refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By checking out with any international shipping option on www.MatadorEquipment.com, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all import laws and regulations

2. Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient

3. If an order is refused by the recipient due to import costs, Matador may withhold shipping and fulfillment charges from any refund issued.

4. Refunds due to shipment refusals are processed only after the return is received by Matador. If the return is not received, no refund will be issued.

5. In some cases, the local carrier may require the recipient to arrange delivery or pickup. Recipient agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery, or make the pickup.

6. Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions by placing an order with any international shipping option on www.MatadorEquipment.com

 

EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to find reliable shipping carriers to the following locations: Russia, French Southern Territories, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands. We apologize for any inconvenience.
